CONSTRUCTION:

The machine built simple and sturdy with a very compact design to reduce the working area very user friendly.

The machine made of mild steel angle and plates duly painted to smooth finish and outer covered to SS covers.  The filling area contact parts made of SS 316 Q steel including the hopper. The filling mechanism is mechanically driven with a positive suction pump assembly. Syringe can be provided as per the fill volume of different variants One with each machine. No tube no filling process sensors connected to a pneumatic cylinder which enables filling only when the tube is sensed at the filling area. All pneumatic cut off device ensures clean cut off and ensures weight accuracy at all times.

The heating of the Lami or the plastic tubes is done by aAIR HEATERS (LIESTER SWITZERLAND MAKE) for tubes with outer water jacket cover for safety which has a capability of attaining max temperature up to 700 deg during constant air flow is on. At the heating section the tube is lifted inside the heater part by which only the area to be sealed is heated without affecting the filled material. The sealing of the Lami and the plastic tube is done in a single station with pneumatic jaws which has provision of holding batch coding (embossing) digits in its made pockets. After the sealing the trimming if also done by pneumatic blades to give the tube a smooth finish.

Batch types FOR CODING ON THE TUBES of numeric (0 to 9)-4 sets and 20 spare digits as customized by the user are provided with the machine extra types can be bought on request.

Product Details:

SS model Manual Liquid and paste filling machine table top model for filling upto 100 gm. Machine simple to use and easy to clean and sterilize. Production capacity up to 15 shots per minute.

Product Details:

The machine works on volumetric principal and is used to fill varieties of liquid into various types of containers with precise accuracy on a continuous conveyor line. The unit shall have provision to fit stainless steel Syringes. A specially designed synchronized mechanical movement with a conveyor system (6 ft. long) and a bottle indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine. A ‘NO BOTTLE NO FILL’ mechanism prevents spillage of liquid when continuous flow of bottles is not available.
